Our vineyards are a type of double Guyot pruning that enhances the quality of the grapes.
This way of pruning is not very productive but it's good from a qualitative point.
The vineyards, all new, have a life of less than ten years.
We grow native varieties: Passerina, Pecorino, Montepulciano e Sangiovese. we grow also: Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet
Collection takes about 40 days and is done strictly by hand to avoid damaging the berries and obtaining so an entire product that enters in the cellar.
This collection allows the grapes to give all the aromas contained in the peel to the wine.
During the collection, for each variety of grape are made samples on which will be carried out different types of analysis to identify the perfect stage of ripeness.
